These photos are amazing. I see your hostas are in bloom, too. I was just admiring mine yesterday.

I love that Doug Larson quote. He hit the nail right on the head. Have a super Tuesday, dear.

That Cicero quote lives on not one but two fridge magnets here.
I do love the garden. Blood, sweat, tears and money go into it. Beauty, solace and healing emerge...

Weeds don't survive in my lawn.
The sunflowers remind me of my amazing blogger buddy, Tina. I can't believe she's been gone almost three years.

Weeds sure like to win. Hmmm that first one may be out of touch with reality a bit, food and water are needed too lol

I've got two flower gardens bigger than I can manage; but, they do quite well. But the wildflowers along the roadside and in the fallow field can't be matched.

Those are some beautiful photos, Sandra, I love flowers, for me, they show the softer side of life, which I believe softness triumphs over hardness much of the time.

I do too, Andrew:) And I think of my life in terms of what I have yet to do in my garden.

Sandra Cox said...

Ha! Isn't that the truth about weeds?
We've had soooo much rain this year, the hostas have really thrived.

It's a great quote and so true.
Wouldn't it be great if we had a magic carpet and could take a garden tour of fellow bloggers' gardens?
